The Greater Mount Cora Baptist Church, is a church on the move. The church is growing at God's divine pace. God has used our pastor, he is a prolific preacher and teacher that is lead by the holy ghost.Pastor Mitchell lives by a quote that he conveys to the people "God wants you to be what he says and not what you see" this has become the battle cry for the congregation.The Greator Mount Cora Baptist Church is a family oriented church that believes in the uplifting of it's fellow brethrn.
PASTOR
Pastor Mitchell is a graduate of Mississippi Valley State University where he earned a bachelor of science degree, he also futhered his studies at king's cross bible college with a combined Master's and Doctorate of Divinity degrees. pastor realized the the deucation he has recieved is only a small portion of his being, the only degree that Pastor Mitchell constantly speaks of is his B.A. degree in being born again. Pastor Mitchell believes that the church as a whole's real mission is to get outside of the four walls of the church and evanglize to those who truly need christ.
