VISION/ MISSION STATEMENT
( VISION STATEMENT)To Teach the Word of God with simplicity and understanding so that it may be applied to everyday Family Life, and that it may affect all those we come into contact with.( MISSION STATEMENT ) To equip People with knowledge of God`s Word, so that they may reach their full potential and postively affect all areas of society, then ultimately making a mark that cannot be erased. To become a resource faciliator for the unification of the body of Christ, networking with churches and ministries who desire a Godly destiny.
THE VISIONARY
The visionary,teacher,counselor,shepperd and Bishop Livingstone Winston Jacobs has a passion and respect in a committed teacher of men and women called of God to the vast acres of God`s vineyard( the Word of God ) and help them find their calling.After his conversion to follow Jesus Christ in May 1974, God called him yo the ministry as a youth in 1975. The man of God soon discovered his passion as pastor to shepperd men and women in his congregation to leadership skills.The assembly known as Beacon Hill Calvery Ministries has since released two Missionaries 10 Pastors to the ministry and five churches planted,pioneered and establish throught its ministry. this has earned Pastor Jacobs the respect and recognition from his congregation as Spiritual Overseer (Bishop) of leaders. The congregation inaugurated and ordained Rev LW Jacobs to Bishop of the Mitchells Plain IAG on the 20th October 2002. The inauguration of Bishop Jacobs proved an accalade appreciated by long time followers and fellow clergymen. Many felt that their around portfolios were compliments to see the practical ministries Gos has bestowed upon the bishop as spiritual leader of leaders.When your own honour and respect you, whilst while a fraction of your own discredits you as a self service of their own negative motives,it is only God who will confirm with signs and wonders of His whole intention towards the man God`s life. THE MINISTRY BE APPRECIATED Bishop Jacobs has founded the International Assemblies of God of Western Cape South Africa from a congregation he pioneered and establish in Mitchells Plain from the 1978. Since then as Mother Church, have given birth to various congregations in Western Cape and the Eastern Cape. ( 1 ) Chritian Revival Centre Atlatis under leadership Pastor A. Davis ( 2 ) Family Enreachment Centre Eerste river under leadership Pastor J. Nomdoe ( 3 ) Alpha and Omega Ministries Delft under leadership Pastor E.Kamaldien (4 ) Cornerstone of Faith Ministires Eindhoven Delft under leadership of Pastor F.Slingers ( 5 ) Fontain of Joy Ministries Woodstock under leadership of W. Tate ( 6 ) Commission Assemblies Bayveiw Strandfontein under leadership Pastor R Sandley and Pastor C Standley ( 7 ) H.O.P.E Ministries (RSA) Tafelsig/Beacon Valley/Strandfontein under leadership of Pastor OP Bougardt Eastern Cape (1) Peace Chapel Port Elizabeth (2) Calvary Chapel East London. The Mother church was also priveledge to send out missionaries into the field, Miss C Iscaacs was send to Turkey/China and Pastor Greg Solomons is in the medical missions field.
