OUR FOUNDING PASTOR & SENIOR BISHOP
His Excellency The Most Reverend Bishop C.L Howard has been rumored as being one of the youngest Bishops in the country. Being consecrated at the age of 25 he has been saved and preaching over 20 plus years. Bishop Howard was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost and began preaching at the tender age of eight years old. He was licensed to preach at age fifteen and ordained at age eighteen under the auspices of the late Bishop S. R. Chambers founder of the Evangelist Temple House of Refuge For All Nations COGIC. Bishop Howard was appointed Pesiding Bishop of God's Anointed Ministries Intedenominational Fellowship headquartered in Alexandia Louisiana by the late Bishop Doris J. Culbeth in Februay 1998. Later that year he was officially consecrated to the office of the bishopric August 25, 1998. At that time Bishop Howard was believed to be the youngest bishop in the nation. Bishop Howard is the founder of BCLH Ministries International, Empowerment Zone & Faith Chistian Center, DUAMIS Interdenominational Fellowship Diocese and serves as founder and dean of the Academy of Excellence Leadership Institue dedicated to creating episcopacy and ecclesiastical protocol in African Ameican Pentecostal Churches. He has authored many doctrinal disciplines with expositoy teachings to the body of Chist. Bishop Howard has paid the cost with life experiences to receive such an anointing in his life. He has lived though being orphaned, homeless impoverished, and imprisoned but "God has delivered him out of them all." He has made many television appearances including BET, local broadcast and radio shows. He has received numerous accolades and among them is an honorary Doctorate of Divinity fom the Univesity of Illinois-Spingfield and keys to many cities. Bishop Howard specializes in catapulting the people of God to new levels in him through praise, worship study of the Word and revelatory knowledge. He is the pesiding pelate of the Dunamis Interdenominational Fellowship diocese and under his auspices are numerous churches across the United States. With a heart for the "remnant" (small churches) and women in ministry the Holy Ghost has set his diocese on fire with an alarming growth rate as chuches are seeking the leadership of this great bishop. Bishop Howard knows no boundaries in Christendom and embraces all nations creeds and denominations. Bishop Howard has traveled the breadth and length of this country and is called upon both locally and nationwide to provide a fresh word from the Lord. Bishop Howard believes in maximizing each moment that God may get the glory and the people are edified. He is a faith walker and instructs others to allow God to just be God. Bishop Howard is anointed to receive offerings and is called upon at times to do so exclusively. Bishop Howard received his tutelage from the late great Bishop Singleton Robert Chambers founder of the Evangelist Temple House Of Refuge For All Nations COGIC Diocese who maintained a close relationship with COGIC founding father Bishop Charles Harrison Mason. Additional inspiration has come fom Bishop Dr. Iona Locke of Southfield MI; Bishop Carlton Pearson of Tulsa OK and Dr. Howard Brigham of Amityville, NY. Bishop is married to Dr. Willie Mae Howard and she is his strong right arm and is heavily anointed to preach and teach in her own right. Bishop Howard is the father of one teenaged son. With the many gifts and talents God has blessed Bishop C.L. Howard with he promises to continue to set industry standards and raise spiritual awareness throughout the global body of Christ!

Dr. Willie Mae Howard The Ministy, The Legacy, The Grace A native of Kansas City Missouri and born to Bishop Willie Culclager Jr. and Supevisor Ida Mae Culclager-Graham, Pasto Dr. Howard provides us with a refreshing word of wisdom and a wealth of knowledge fom life expeience through her walk with GOD. Pasto Dr. Howard encourages the people of GOD across the county with a life-changing word. Pastor Howard relates both to the elderly and young alike. Dr. Howard currently works as a mentor teacher in the Kansas City Missoui School Distict. She is a teacher's teacher. Dr. Howard serves as the Pastor of Empowerment Zone Ministries merging corporate America with Godly principles and insight. Pastor Howard is the General Oveseer of the National Diva's Department of the Dunamis Interdenominational Fellowship Diocese and has birth Women's Intuition National (WIN) a life enrichment ministry. WIN is dedicated to inspriing women to succeed and become prosperous in every facet of life. Dr. Howard defines Women's Intuition as "Divine revelation given to women expressly by the Holy Spirit. We are WIN-ners! Dr. Howard has the uncanny ability to listen to the people of GOD and provide real answers and solutions to the problems believers and non believers face in their daily living situations. Lady Howard counsels the people who are hurting and struggling to connect truths in their relationships and marriages. She loves to work with women concerning matters of the heart and can be found patiently listening and issuing wise bible-based counsel. The résumé of Dr. Howard reveals that in 1998 she served as Co-Pastor and First Lady of God's Anointed Ministries Intedenominational Fellowship Church in Alexandria LA. She also serves as board member of DUAMIS Interdenominational Fellowship, Vice-President of Bishop C.L. Howard Ministries International in Kansas City MO. Dr. Willie Mae Howard holds numerous degees in the academic disciplines. She holds an Associates Degee fom the Metropolitan Community Colleges in Kansas City MO. She has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management fom Friends University Wichita KS and Master's Degree in Curiculum & Instruction fom the University of Missoui-Kansas City. In 1992 she met Bishop C.L. Howard during a youth revival in Kansas City MO in which he was the keynote speaker. Later Lady Howard and Bishop Howard were united in holy matimony and has been together for nearly 17 years. Though young, this dynamic duo's vision strength and sense of timing have poised them to carry the Dunamis Interdenominational Fellowship far beyond every boundary that would ordinarily be indicative of youthful age.
