OUR PRESIDING BISHOP ~ BISHOP C.L. HOWARD
His Excellency, The Most Reverend Bishop C.L Howard has been rumored as being one of the youngest Bishops in the country. Being consecrated at the age of 25 he has been saved and preaching ove 20 plus years. Bishop Howard was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost and began preaching at the tender age of eight years old. He was licensed to preach at age fifteen and ordained at age eighteen under the auspices of the late Bishop S.R. Chambers founder of the Evangelist Temple House of Refuge For All Nations COGIC. Bishop Howard was appointed Pesiding Bishop of God's Anointed Ministries Interdenominational Fellowship headquartered in Alexandria Louisiana by the late Bishop Doris J. Culbreth in February 1998. Later that year he was officially consecrated to the office of the bishopric August 25, 1998. At that time Bishop Howard was believed to be the youngest bishop in the nation. Bishop Howard is the founder of BCLH Ministies Intenational, Empowement Zone & Faith Christian Center DUNAMIS Interdenominational Fellowship Diocese and serves as founder and dean of the Academy of Excellence Leadership Institute dedicated to creating episcopacy and ecclesiastical protocol in African American Pentecostal Churches. He has authored many doctrinal disciplines with expository teachings to the body of Christ. Bishop Howard has paid the cost with life experiences to receive such an anointing in his life. He has lived through being orphaned, homeless impoverished and imprisoned but "God has delivered him out of them all." He has made many television appearances including BETr, local broadcast and radio shows. He has received numerous accolades and among them is an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the University of Illinois-Springfield and keys to many cities. Bishop Howard specializes in catapulting the people of God to new levels in him through praiser, worship study of the word and revelatory knowledge. He is the presiding pelate of the Dunamis Interdenominational Fellowship diocese and under his auspices are numerous churches across the United States. With a heart for the "remnant" (small churches) and women in ministry the Holy Ghost has set his diocese on fire with an alarming growth rate as churches are seeking the leadership of this great bishop. Bishop Howard knows no boundaries in Christendom and embraces all nations creeds and denominations. Bishop Howard has traveled the breadth and length of this country and is called upon both locally and nationwide to provide a fresh word from the Lord. Bishop Howard believes in maximizing each moment that God may get the glory and the people are edified. He is a faith walker and instructs others to allow God to just be God. Bishop Howard is anointed to receive offerings and is called upon at times to do so exclusively. Bishop Howard received his tutelage fom the late great Bishop Singleton Robert Chambers, founder of the Evangelist Temple House Of Refuge For All Nations COGIC Diocese who maintained a close relationship with COGIC founding father Bishop Charles Harrison Mason. Additional inspiation has come fom Bishop Dr. Iona Locke of Southfield MI; Bishop Carlton Pearson of Tulsa OK and Dr. Howard Brigham of Amityville NY. Bishop is married to Dr. Willie Mae Howard and she is his stong right arm and is heavily anointed to preach and teach in her own right. Bishop Howard is the father of one teenaged son. With the many gifts and talents God has blessed Bishop C.L. Howard with, he promises to continue to set industry standards and raise spiitual awareness throughout the global body of Chist!
AGAPE RESTORATION MINISTRIES & ELDER IRENE BRUCE
Agape Restoration Outeach Ministries was founded by Elder Irene Bruce and birthed out of her love for the down trodden and destitute. Pastor Buce continues to serve as founding pastor with a staff of three ministers. The ministy has grown phenomenally since its inception and now includes several choirs, dill team and anointed woship sevices. Pastor Bruce is married to Elder Odell Bruce where the both of them provide the Agape flock with revalatory knowledge and sound doctine of the scriptures. Currently Pastor Bruce is an ordained Pastor and Elder in the DUNAMIS Interdenominational Fellowship Diocese under the auspices of Bishop C. L. Howard. She currently serves as the Southen Regional Liaison for the DUNAMIS Diocese and is a trailblazer for women pastors in her local region and abroad.
