Background of Grace Ministries
Grace Ministries was founded in 2002 by Bishop Joseph Kidwell on the near south-side of Milwaukee Wisconsin as a multi-racial and spirit-filled body of believers. In 2004 Grace Ministies relocated to the north-side of the city. Grace Ministries affiliated with the National Assemby of Christian Churches and Ministries Fellowship in 2006. Bishop Kidwell serves as the Third Presiding Bishop under the leadership of Presiding Bishop Charles E. Williams of Little Rock Arkansas. Grace Ministries strongly emphasisis the preaching and the teaching of the word of God as well as the annointing of the Holy Ghost.
Mission and Doctrine
Grace Ministries is a non-denomiational, spirit-filled Pentecostal church. We believe in the full diety of the Lord Jesus Christ and that salvation is by grace through faith. Holiness is God's standard of living for his people and this is made possible through the santifying power of the Holy Ghost. As a Pentecostal church we believe in the baptism in the Holy Ghost subsequent to conversion and that the initial evidence is speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. The mission of Grace Ministries is empower our community one life at a time through the life changing power of the Lord Jesus Christ.
