About Rev. Jeff A. Adigblekou
Rev. Jeff A.Adigblekou was born on the 6th of July 1963 in a pagan home. He lived most of his life with his grand mother in a small village in Togo where idols worship is the only religion. At birth he was initiated in the idol worship by the parents since that was the only religion they knew. After completing primary school he left the village to continue his education in Lome the capital of Togo and later to Accra Ghana where he studied English. Rev. Jeff Adigblekou got saved in Ghana when he was pursing his education in Ghana. He later joined Assemblies of God church. Due to his commitment to the Lord and the local assembly, he held many leadership positions in the church. In 1993, having realized the call of God upon his life he was enrolled in Southern Ghana Bible College at Saltpond, an Assemblies of God Bible College where he was trained and equipped for the ministry. He served his senior Pastor as an associate pastor for four years and was later transferred to Keta to take care of the Powerhouse Assemblies of God Church. He and his wife Kate are engaged in soul winning in Keta and surrounding areas, rural and deprived areas in the Keta District of Southern Volta Region of Ghana. Rev. Jeff Adigblekou is currently the District Secretary of the Keta/Akatsi District of the Assemblies of God, Ghana.
Word about Powerhouse Assemblies of God Church
The attachments areas of Powerhouse Assemblies of God have a lot of lost souls and it has a population of about 150 000 to 200 000 distributed in dispersed rural and deprived settlements. The religion of the people is predominantly idolatry with Cults such as "Yewe, Mamiwater, Brekete, Torgbui Nyigbla, and Alafia". The main occupation of the people are subsistence farming and fishing and their material condition is wretched as their Spiritual one. According to the geographers the area is part of the driest part of the Country (the South-East Coastal Plains) Missionary are sorely needed and enthusiastically welcomed. This is a true missionary field. Missionaries will be blessed and their faith grown in ways unimaginable. The Powerhouse Assemblies of God Church is a fast growing church in the Keta district. The church is currently having about 200 members. The church is building an ultra modern auditorium with a thousand sitting capacity due to enormous sacrifice of the members despite their poverty. The church has just open a new branch in the nearby village which is having about 50 members. It is the vision of the church to reach all the surrounding villages with the gospel of Christ and to offer hope and deliverance to those in darkness and in bondage to Satan.
