Star of Bethlehem Church of God in Christ is a God given church holiness church, where we believe in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost. We believe in Holiness as taught by our founding Father, Bishop C. H. Mason. We Believe in the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and speaking with tongues as the spirit gives utterance.
About the Pastor
Elder C. Gamble, Jr. was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 17 and called to the gospel ministry while at St. Rest COGIC in Itta Bena, MS. under the dynamic leadership of Elder Birkett Davis. In 1979 the Lord showed him in a vision that work needed to be done. While walking the campus of Mississippi Valley State University, the Lord showed to him in a vision souls being saved and healed. Little did he know that God was leading him to St. Paul, Minnesota. Today, the work of the Lord is being carried on. The Lord has given him the gift of praying for the sick in the hospital and homes. Pastor Gambles desire is see backsliders come back to Jesus and that the Church of God in Christ continue in the will of the Lord. Jesus said, " Follow me, and Ill make you fishers of men."
