Executive Summary - Evangelism for Such a Time as This Healing Waters Outreach Ministries began operations in Calvert County, Maryland in June 2002. Through obedience to the Lord and addiction to the ministry of the saints, we stand this day prepared to go to the next dimension in the kingdom. The ministry has been a catalyst for the move of God in the area and continues to be an open channel to ignite the passion of purpose in people worldwide. During the initial inception, Healing Waters was located in Prince Frederick, Maryland. Leasing space in two buildings with personal finances, faith and assistance from some local churches to fulfill the vision. We were excited to be able to provide human services, counseling, job training and spiritual strength to all who would come in to "Experience the Overflow." A television broadcast was started to encourage those who were not able to attend the services regularly. God moved greatly in our midst, delivering, setting free, mending and making whole many who came through the doors. The seed of purpose was planted and it is God who will give the increase. Our time has not been without trials and challenges, but we are convinced that God will not allow complacency in this mission. The road to total success in ministry is destined for those who completely trust God and believe the Word that says...All things work together for the good for those who love God and are the called according to His purpose. We could not rest in Prince Frederick because God had "greater" in store for us. Bishop Sutton has been in ministry for over twenty years with a passion for the people of God and for those lost in the church and outside of the church to return to God and to find and fulfill their purpose in this life. The level of ministry God has entrusted to him is beyond even his understanding at times. But God continues to open doors and allow some doors to be closed (for the sake of the ministry). God continues to move in miraculous ways and bless the fruit of his labor. And we realize that the best is yet to be. The main reason for this is because Bishop Sutton and the saints at Healing Waters have come to the conclusion that "Its time for ministry and not just church". We are addicted to the ministry of the saints. And now, we are preparing to erect the Healing Waters Outreach Center - Phase I. The Healing Waters Tent that will be located in Sunderland, Maryland equipped to meet the needs of those in the surrounding area. Through spiritual, natural and supernatural activities, God will make a change in the hearts of those people he is drawing to himself. A total revival is coming to Calvert County through Healing Waters, for the healing of the nations, one person at a time. The Water is troubled and it is time for all those who are seeking hope to step in and experience the transcending anointing of the spirit of God. We thank God for guiding us to spearhead this great mission - Evangelism for such a time as this. We are acting on the vision to fulfill the mission. We expect to have our first service in the tent in early May, 2005. A schedule of events will be provided as the plans progress.
