Our Purpose for Existence/ Who Are We ?
Fann Memorial COGIC (Formerly Pentecostal Ministreis COGIC) Mission Statement: The mission of Fann Memorial COGIC is to edify the believer, regenerate the saints, and save the lost souls. Our purpose as avid workers in the body of Christ is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and spread God's Word worldwide. In this present day, we believe that God has instilled his Apostolic anointing in us so we may be instruments of God's awesome power. In these last days, it is our intent to reclaim the backslider, heal the broken hearted, and win the lost souls prior to the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Greetings from the Pastor, Grace, Mercy, and Peace from God our Father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Family Memorial Church of God in Christ. It is an awesome opportunity to serve in the capacity of Pastor of this flock. Our purpose in this ministry is to foster relationships that will cause all involved to reach their full potential in Christ Jesus. Our prayer is that your experience with us will be your last stop in your quest to find true Godly Ministry. If you do not have a church home we extend a warm welcome to you! Our Beliefs: We believe there is One God....God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. We believe in repentance in the name of Jesus Christ, and being baptized in water (Matthew 28:19). We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and speaking in tongues according to (Acts 1:8) and (Acts 2:4). How can we as Christians promote the Kingdom of God? Evangelistic outreach, prayer, fasting, leadership seminars & workshops, spritual fellowship with local churches, educating ourselves in the Word of God, and supporting our church and the Church of God in Christ program at large (St. Matthew 6:10).
