The mission and purpose of Brighter Day
The Brighter Day Church exist for a three fold purpose Which includes; To seek and save the lost,(Matthew 28:20) To nurture the believer resulting in strong followers of Jesus, and to guide and equip the members of Brighter Day in discovering their place in the Ministry that they may continue the great commission in Portland. To accomplish this, we will focus worship, our preaching, our teaching, our fellowship and our Chrch outreach toeards saving, nurturing, guiding, and equipping our members to achieve their full potential in living by faith, walking in obedience and continuing the great commission.----"And ye shall be my witness to the end of the Earth" Acts 1:8
Brighter Day Christian Academy
Mission Statement Our program is designed to provide quality childcare incorporated with fun, creativity and learning. Our curriculums are structured to stimulate young minds to improve their thinking and learning skills, which will in turn prepare them for school. We'd like to encourage parents to show an interest in their child's projects and paperwork that is brought home. This will give you a chance to reinforce what was learned at our center, and it may surprise you on what your child knows. We also encourage independence and ambition about learning. Their daily lession plan is to challenge your child to use their critical thinking skills and expand their minds in such a way the child can begin to understand that he/she is an integral individual in the enviorment in which they live. Director :Loston Taylor: We are creating shining stars. Child care is a great profession. We get to make a difference in the lives of children and have fun at the same time. Child care professionals help shape tommorrow's future.
