I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible; And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, begotten of his Father before all worlds, God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father; by whom all things were made; who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Ghost of the Virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; he suffered and was buried; and the third day he rose again according to the Scriptures, and ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of the Father; and he shall come again, with glory, to judge both the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end. And I believe in the Holy Ghost the Lord, and Giver of Life, who proceedeth from the Father [and the Son]; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spake by the Prophets. And I believe one holy Catholic and Apostolic Church; I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. AMEN. We are a Prish with valid Old Catholic Apostolic Sucession and Sacraments We believe in the ancient ministerial order of Bishop, Priest and Deacon, and that this minstry is the ministry of Jesus Christ, given by Him to His Church, and supported by Holy Scripture and the Holy Tradition the the Church, One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic. We believ this ministry to be limited to male, adult hetrosexual or celebate Christians. We hold to the Ancient Faith and Practice of the Church as expressed in "Vincentian Canon": 4) What then will the Catholic Christian do, if a small part of the Church has cut itself off from the communion of the universal Faith? The answer is sure. He will prefer the healthiness of the whole body to the morbid and corrupt limb. But what if some novel contagion try to infect the whole Church, and not merely a tiny part of it? Then he will take care to cleave to antiquity, which cannot now be led astray by any deceit of novelty. What if in antiquity itself two or three men, or it may be a city, or even a whole province be detected in error? Then he will take the greatest care to prefer the decrees of the ancient General Councils, if there are such, to the irresponsible ignorance of a few men. But what if some error arises regarding which nothing of this sort is to be found? Then he must do his best to compare the opinions of the Fathers and inquire their meaning, provided always that, though they belonged to diverse times and places, they yet continued in the faith and communion of the one Catholic Church; and let them be teachers approved and outstanding. And whatever he shall find to have been held, approved and taught, not by one or two only but by all equally and with one consent, openly, frequently, and persistently, let him take this as to be held by him without the slightest hesitation. St. Casimirs welcomes all who share our beliefs, Fath and Practice to worship with us. Those without a Church home are heartily welcomed. We believe the Church to be a living entity, not a social club or museum piece. In this role, we consider the Churchs primary mission to preach and advance the Word of God and to win souls to Jesus Christ and to service in His Kingdom. We consider the Church to be the custodian of Gods Truth, and as such the only hope of the salvation of souls. Further, we believe that a return to the Holy ways of God is the only ture method of social reform. Christians are the salt of the earth, as Our Lord has told us, and stand as intercessors of change for the betterment of mankind, and the individual soul. " Those who charged the Christians with burning down Rome with fire brands were slanderers -- but they were, at least, far nearer to the nature of Christianity than those among the moderns who tell us that the Christians were a sort of ethical society, being martyred in a languid fashion for telling men they had a duty to their neighbours, and only mildly disliked because they were meek and mild!" ... G. K. Chesterton, The Everlasting Man
