Pastor Van Johnson and his wife, Juanita are founders of Dwelling Place Ministries of Western New York. Dwelling Place Ministries was established to model a true "five-fold" local expression of the body of Christ. Pastor Johnson carries an Apostolic and Teaching mantel with an emphasis on church planting, leadership and dominion. He is gifted in the area of illustrated sermons, singing and is also a musician. The Johnson's are married and are the proud parents of six children: Sean, David, Adam, Khaream, Jennifer and Meredith. They have four grandchildren. Sean Michael, Imara, J. Khaream, Jr. and Isaiah Ahmir. Pastor Johnson has served the church for over 30 years. He also serves as Regional Director for Western New York for the Jabula International Network, U.S.A. under the Apostolic leadership of Bishop Hugh Smith. Pastor Johnson is President and CEO of eNousCo Consulting Inc.; a Design/Build firm which specializes in church planning, design and construction management. eNousCo provides technical assistance to network ministries who plan to renovate, build or develop real estate.
Juanita Johnson has been preaching the Gospel for over 20 years. Her office is that of the Prophet, however, her calling is that of an Intercessor. Juanita serves as National Director of Intercession for the Jabula International Network, U.S.A. under the Apostolic leadership of Bishop Hugh Smith. She has recently completed a book on the structure, call, purpose and movement of the Intercessor entitled, "Between the Porch and the Altar", The Ministry of Braided Intercession. Juanita operates with an anointing in the area of Intercession that preaches, teaches and delivers. Her book took 11 years to write and is available through Dwelling Place Ministries. She is gifted in the prophetic, worship, song writing, administration and teaching. Juanita has a burden to train adults and teenage youth to flow in the Ministry of Intercession.
