We are a simple Christian Community, some families too, brought together by the gracious design of the Spirit of God. We come from different backgrounds,countries and cultures, which in turn make up the muti-faceted body of our Lord. We meet in a home for Friday nights, prayer/fellowship/ some food/ and the intense study, discussion and application of the word of God to our daily lives. We have a joyful bonding of responsibility and accountability to each other. Understanding the servant leadership He has so provided to nurture, protect, train, equip and develop each member in our midst. We are not interested in numbers, but disciplined disciples of quality, hence we do not solicit, receive tithes or collect any funds for building anything apart from investing in the lives of men and women and His Kingdom. Offerings are received in order to support sister communities in Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon), for Pastors and those in the front line of service in very practicle ways. We assemble on Sunday in the large basement of Pastor Scott's home. All in servant leadership work hard at the jobs they have and there is no "paid" pastor. In coming together in such a manner of Christian Community, we continue to enjoy and experience the Presence of Our Lord in our midst each day. We are soundly evangelical and hold the Bible as the final and only foundation of faith and belief. Experiences, however valid must be subject to His word. This has provided us with a true sense of belonging, joy and freedom of simplicity. We partake of one bread and drink from one cup in terms of the "Eucharist".
