Nuestra Iglesia pertenece a la Santa Iglesia Catlica Rito Anglicano (Holy Catholic Church Anglican Rite), y estamos trabajando en todos los paises Latinoamericanos. A nuestra Diócesis Misionera Hispana, pertenecen los Padres Anglicanos Misioneros de San Lorenzo.

Es una organización u Orden Religiosa, fundada por el Obispo Leonardo Marin Saavedra (Primer Obispo de las Américas), y ha nombrado al Padre Leonardo Enrique Ariza Gámez, como el Primer Superior Provincial por un periodo de tres (3), años a partir del año de Nuestro Señor 2003. Su sede principal está en Colombia (Sur América).
