Church History
The United Glorious Church, Inc. was founded by the Late Arch Bishop Joseph E. Dingle in 1932. Arch Bishop was a true man of God who traveled the highways and by-ways on the east coast continously, spreading the Gospel. In 1939 God laid it upon Arch Bishop Dingle's heart to incorporate the church and to establish a church charter and by-laws. Four more churches were later added to the church Body: three in New Jersey, and one in South Carolina. After his death in 1982, Arch Bishop's work was carried on by one of his daughters, the late Bishop Alma D. Lemon. The church's current leader, Minister David J. Lemon, is the son of Bishop Lemon, and grandson of Arch Bishop J. E. Dingle.
