WHAT WE SEE?
We see a church that is a model of hope, restoration and direction to the community the community and to those lost, confused, rejected and unwanted.
We see not less than 15 000 people from all walks of life fully committed to honoring God, discipling others, serving one another, living their legacy, touching the Gauteng community and the entire world.
We see an opulent building large enough and professionally facilitated to adequately serve and empower those we sought to reach and recover - a House of Prayer for the Nations.
We see a geographical footprint in the five major districts in Gauteng and a global gospel propagation centre.
We see a resource producing church, publishing books, manuals, booklets, CDs and DVDs.
We see an institution that is a leading global player in church leadership development.
We see a missionary sending centre equipping and developing leaders and disciples from accross the world.
We see a fully resources centre to encourage to encourage, help, empower and inspire people of all walks.
We see a relevant and vibrant youth ministry reaching teenegers and young adults, and turning them in disciples of Christ.
We see a 24 hour helpline and community counselling services.
We see a church campsite to support and create a variety of uplifting community empowerment services.
We see a business resource forum connecting business people and reaching out to the business community.
We see a well run ministry that employs its own people in full time positions to achieve its goals.

KNOW OUR COMMUNITY
Bekkersdal township is situated along the R28 and N12 routes west of Johannesburg (about 45 minutes from the OR Tambo International Airport and Lanseria International Airport)within the Westonaria Local Municipality in the Gauteng Province. Bekkersdal is strategically placed on the routes to the identified 2010 FIFA soccer World Cup stadiums, and about 15 minutes from the venue where the opening and the cup final will be hosted.
The Executive Mayor of Westonaria, Cllr Maserame Khumalo launched our Community Feeding Programme in Bekkersdal township back in April 2003. The programme has, to date reached over 1 000 beneficiaries in the community.
This municipality is historically a gold mining area. The Gold mines are the largest employers in the area with declining eployment levels and growing unemployment. The unemployment rate is constantly. The rate of HIV prevalence is high and the HIV/AIDS deaths of parents have left many orphans and child-led families. As the church we have stood in the gap to supplement the work of our government, with a practicle and demonstrated message of hope, empowerment and upliftment. The ministry looks after a number of child led families.
CHALLENGES
The socio-economic challenges posed by this situation are:
1. Poverty
2. High unemployment
3. Crime
4. HIV/AIDS
5. Teenage pregnancy
6. Drug and alcohol abuse among the youth
7. Breaking down of families and other traditional social support systems
As a church we are equal to the challenge with the practical, transforming message of the Gospel and the unfailing love of God through Christ we share with this community and beyond as the Holy Spirit empowers us. We practically demonstrate this message with the ministry of helps, and charitable giving. Members of the ministry have made all this possible. The same anointing that is on Christ to preach good news to the poor is the same anointing we operate in today.
Every week we see a lot of young people in this community giving their lives to Jesus. We are changing things in a big way. We have become a place of hope. We are excited about the things God is doing in this place and we expect more in years to come. All the leaders and staff of this ministry give of their time without any expectation of remuneration. We all all volunteers with the Senior Pastor and his wife as Chief Volunteers. Every cent we receive goes towards the programmes and initiatives of the ministry to touch the lives and bring about change in our society. We challenge you to be a part of the difference we are making by making a faith offering as you are led by the Spirit of God in your heart. All the gifts and donationas recieved go towards the work of the ministry. We are proud to be making a difference. From giving university bursaries to local youths, training camps, life skills training, career mentorship programmes to supplying food parcels to the community in need.
