What We Believe
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, demonstrated the authority and power of God in works and speech, died on a cross, rose from the dead on the third day, having accomplished all that is necessary for man's salvation. Through His shed blood He has accomplished redemption for mankind. We believe it is essential for man to repent of sin and by faith receive the finished work of Christ by confessing Him as Lord with his mouth and believing in his heart resulting in regeneration by the Holy Spirit.
The Essentials of Salvation
·The Bible is the inspired Word of God - II Timothy 3:16.
·The one true God, Jehovah of the Old Testament, took upon Himself the form of man - I Timothy 3:16, II Corinthians 5:19, Colossians 2:9, St. John 14:6-11.
·Belief in God is the first step towards salvation - Hebrews 11:6.
·All sinners should repent - Luke 5:32, Luke 13:3, Luke 24:47, Acts 2:38.
·Baptism should be applied by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins - Acts 2:38, Acts 4:12, Acts 10:47-48, Acts 19:1-5.
·The Gift of the Holy Ghost is necessary for all believers - St. John 3:5, Acts 2:1-4, Acts 2:38, Acts 10:44-46, Acts 19:1-5, John 7:37-39.
·Holy living is a must - Heb 12:14, Titus 2:12.
·Jesus Christ is coming back - Acts 1:9-11, I Thessalonians 4:13-17, Titus 2:13
