MOTTO: CALLING THE LOST AT ANY COST (QUESTION) WHAT WILL IT COST A MAN TO FIND JESUS
BELIEF STATEMENT
THE SCRIPTURES---The Bible, the scriptures-both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God without error in the original writings, and complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men, and the divine and final authority for all Christians faith and life.
GOD---There is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three Manifestations: FATHER, SON, and HOLY GHOST or HOLY SPIRIT.
JESUS CHRIST---Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the HOLY SPIRIT and born of the virgin Mary. He died on the cross, the complete and final sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Futher, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.
HOLY SPIRIT---The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and during this age, to convict men of sin, regenerate the beliving sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service.
MAN/HUMANITY---Man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost, and only through regeneration by the HOLY SPIRIT can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.
SALVATION---The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and thus become children of God.
RETURN OF JESUS CHRIST---The personal, premillenial, and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ is our hope and has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer.
THE CHURCH---The church was founded and is owned by Jesus Christ; the universal church is the body of Christ and the local church is a body of baptized believers; given the mission of evangelism and edification, the church observes the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD---The kingdom of God includes both His general sovereignty over the universe and His particular lordship over the lives of men who willfully acknowledge Him as King; the full consummation of the kingdom awaits the return of Christ.
STEWARDSHIP---God is the source of all blessings; all that we have and are we owe Him, therefore we are obliged to serve Him with our time, talents and material possessions and give cheerfully and liberally for the advancement of His Kingdom.
FINAL THINGS---There will be a bodily resurrection of all the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, and of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.
BAPTISM AND COMMUNION---Water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as personal Savior, is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life and the Lord's Supper is a memorial service setting forth in sacred and symbolic manner the death of the Lord Jesus Christ; and all true believers and only believers should share in it.

GOAL
HENCEFORTH THERE IS LAID UP FOR ME A CROWN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, WHICH THE LORD, THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, SHALL GIVE ME AT THAT DAY: AND NOT TO ME ONLY, BUT UNTO ALL THEM ALSO THAT LOVE HIS APPEARING. 2 TIMTHOY 4:8

VISION VESTED
THE VISION
Habakkuk 2:2 challenges us to "Write The Vision and Make it Plain
Upon Tables, That He May Run That Readeth It." A plain "Vision" is
one, which is written in such a way that it can be easily understood
and intelligently articulated.
The "Vision" of the this Church is "Change". The following acrostic - "Change" summarizes the "Vision of the House". Change Hearts, Change Minds, Change Paths, Change Old Things that they become New.
CHALLENGE
The challenge is to be biblical rather than traditional. As we investigate the Truth of Scripture, we embrace the Gospel and reconize God moving. We believe that Baptists have the "Right to Choose". We also believe in the Holy Spirits gift offer to all believers without regard to gender.
SOCIAL NEEDS
The community depends upon the foresight of the Church. As we move in this new Century we are giving ourselves hand in hand by building strong communities.
WORSHIP EXPERIENCE
A commitment to a worship environment, which allows the Holy Spirit to flow in its Fullness. Praise and Worship leads us to the very throne of God where healing, deliverance and life changing is available. Through Corporate Praise we experience the jubilation of being one with the Body of Christ. Corporate Worship allows all believers to enter into the "Holy of Holies" to personally commune with our Most High God.
EDUCATE, EQUIP, EVANGELIZE
The Vision to Educate, Equip and Evangelize involves every aspect of Change. The local church will grow only if every member is equipped to exercise his or her Spiritual Gifts so that the Body functions as one with Christ as the Head. As the church grow, or to grow the church it must be actively engaged in the Ministry of Evangelism to win the lost to the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In Change, creative way of reaching the lost are vital and must be used to build the kingdom of God.
This vision is to be accomplished by forstering to the church family of God as well as ministering unity to a community at large filled with drug, oppression, depression and stress. In my vision I see Mount Sinai setting standard and breaking traditions that will make for spreading the word of God possible making it One Church One God, being a sanctuary filled with the people of God young and old and the Holiness of God.
I envision in the future extended worship services, a young adult choir to appeal to the middle age, a weekly after school program and summer programs to provide a safe environment for our children and everyone, reading and computer labs for adults and children, camps, retreats etc.; A tape ministry that will reach the sick, shut-in and outcast. Ministries reaching senior citizens, homeless shelters, prisons and all those who feel left behind.
It is my vision that whatever the need is with God on our side Mount Sinai will be there to accomplished it in our church and into our community, "a lighthouse" first to save the soul, then to heal the hurt and broken hearted, to restore the mind of those who have fainted and to let the lonely know they are never alone. As in Nehemiah 4:6 so built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof; for the people had a mind to work, there is still plenty of time to work and build the wall.
CATCH THE VISION
Catch it in giving - This is to build up the kingdom of God and support these ministries.
Catch it in you time - Give you time to the work of God, volunteer and whatever is right he will pay.
Cath it in you talent - Your gift belong to God use it for his Glory.
FOR "WHERE THERE IS NO VISION, THE PEOPLE PERISH." PROVERBS 29:18
GUIDANCE
ASK, AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN YOU; SEEK, AND YE SHALL FIND; KNOCK, AND IT SHALL BE OPENED UNTO YOU. MATTHEW 7:7
BUT SEEK YE FIRST THE KINDOM OF GOD, AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS AND ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED UNTO YOU. MATTHEW 6:33.
