Mission Statement
The FAITHPLACE exists to magnify God in Christ by loving people to church membership, where people grow to spiritual maturity and the skills needed for ministry, in order to enlist in the mission to share Jesus Christ and affect our community.
Vision Statement
We intend build a FAITHPLACE where people experience an oasis of faith in the desert of despair, where the love of God becomes like the Word made flesh and written on the heart. A FAITHPLACE where a welcoming light shines inviting people to a power-filled life, where excellence is the standard of living conditions, and the quality of people is raised by the quality of a Godly life. Our vision is to be a beacon that beckons: Spiritually, through worship, music and Word that touches the heart and feeds the soul and builds the faith, welcoming 500 members to our church in three years. People will follow because of our faith. Intellectually, through studies that teach power-filled thinking and being and living. People will grow because of our knowledge. Physically, through activities and events that encourages involvement, healthy diet and exercise, and the care and presentation of our bodies. People will be well because of our watch. Emotionally, through fellowship, support groups, and counseling that listens, clarifies, stabilizes, refers, copes, and delivers. People will bond because of our bond. Environmentally, through maintaining and improving our setting and immediate surroundings and developing projects that improve the community. People will respect their space because of our respect for and growth of the FAITHPLACE. Economically, through encouraging thrift and advancement by tithing, saving, limiting debt, purchasing property, and investing in the future. People will prosper because of our example. People will: Glorify God! Encourage each other! Attract others!
