Love Temple Ministries- Our Pastor's Vision
Love Temple C.O.G.I.C., the headquarters of Love Temple Ministries was established in 1993 and is located at 1514 Bailey St. or P.O. Box 831, 42420. Our Pastor is the Elder Harlan C. Armstead, who is founder and Senior Pastor of two other churches, Temple of Love in Madisonville, Ky, and Greater Love in Greenville, Ky. Pastor Armstead is a visionaire who believes that God's abiding love is what's needed to win souls in today's generation. He has written the vision and we are making it plain. The saints must not only be spiritual, but be abreast of today's technology and business attributes in order to keep up with today's generation!
Our Ministries - Walking by Faith
Our Ministries consist of our Sunshiner's, Juniors, and Adult Praise Teams, our Male Bicycle Club, Adult and Sunshine Choirs, Mother's Board, Usher Board, Minister's Wives-Missionary-Deacon Wives Circle and Pastor's Aide Board. Love Temple has a ministry of giving through "God's Storehouse" which serves 200 plus people once a month with food and clothing. Through the "storehouse" we are involved in the community as a non-profit organization for assistance through the courts for community service duties. Our Pastor believes that it takes all of these entities of the church in order to move to the next level where God would have us to be!
