About the Pastors
God's House of Prayer & Christian Center, Inc was founded by Elder Kathy M. Wright in November 1997 after hearing the voice of the Lord speak concerning His House. I was hand-picked and chosen by God under the unction of the Holy Ghost to move forward with this ministry. This was an embarkment upon my life that was not optional, nor opened for discussion. In October 2000, Elder Nathan Wright was hand-picked and chosen by God and became licensed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and later became appointed by God and ordained as Senior Pastor of God's House of Prayer & Christian Center, Inc. Under this ministry we have a Convalescent Home Ministry, Detention Center/Prison Ministry, Prayer Ministry, an Outreach Ministry, Youth Ministry, Dance Ministry, Food/Clothes Ministry, Marriage Ministry and Evangelistic Ministry and a Resource Center.
Mission
Our Mission is to Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost - To preach the Word in Season and out of Season - To Save, Heal, Set-free and Deliver - to minister the Word of God to all who desire to know the whole-truth and nothing, but, the truth. Jesus said Peter, do you love me, feed my lambs, feed my sheep - Its the Word that's going to keep us - and we are clean through the Word. Jesus went about doing good, likewise, I'll missison is the same.
