WELCOME TO JESUS IS LORD CHURCH
The message and mission of Jesus Is Lord Church is simply Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus has and is the answer for every problem of mankind. At Jesus Is Lord Church, we want to share with everyone the good news that Jesus Saves, Jesus Heals, Jesus Delivers, and Jesus fills hungry hearts with His Spirit.
We welcome everyone from all walks of life into our services. We exist not to promote man made religion, but to exalt Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord, and to lead men and women into a life changing relationship with Him! No matter what you are going through, you can find your answer in Jesus! If you are looking for a Church that will help you to love, serve, worship, follow, know, and share the Lord Jesus Christ, this is it.
THE BELIEFS OF JESUS IS LORD CHURCH
We believe that the Bible is God's pure, perfect, inspired Word. The Bible is to be read, studied, memorized, obeyed, and shared.
We believe that there is only one true living God. The Lord our God is one Lord and there is none other but He. The one God has made Himself known as The Father, The Son, and the Holy Ghost, and these three are one.
We believe that Jesus is Lord, God, and Christ. He is the virgin born Son of the living God, God with us, God manifested in the flesh. Jesus lived a perfect life, died upon the cross for the sins of the world, arose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended into heaven, sat down at the right hand of the majesty on high, lives forever more, and shall one day come again the second time to judge the world and to receive His children unto Himself. The name of Jesus is the name above every name, the only name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
We believe in salvation by the grace of God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work done upon the Cross of Calvary.
All who believe upon Jesus are commanded by God to be buried with Jesus in baptism, and are to live filled with the Holy Ghost of God. Acts 2:38 says, "Repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."
We believe in all of the gifts and manifestations of the Holy Ghost spoken of in the Word of God. We believe that God answers prayer, heals the sick, and still works miracles today. Jesus is the same, yesterday, today, and forever.
We believe that Christians should live lives of holiness and godliness, lifting up the Lord Jesus Christ in word and deed, in the power of the Holy Ghost.
We believe in New Testament evangelism and soul winning. Every believer in Jesus is to be active in sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with the world.
We believe in having red hot, on fire for God, Jesus uplifting, Holy Ghost filled revival Church ALL THE TIME! Come and see!
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as your Saviour and been born again, you can take the first step right now. Call on the name of Jesus and ask Him to forgive and save you. Jesus is simply a prayer of faith away. Romans 10:13 tells us that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Pray to Jesus now with all of your heart, "God be merciful to me a sinner," and He will hear your cry.
If you have already accepted Jesus as Saviour, but have not yet been water baptized or filled with the Holy Ghost, you are ready for both now! Being buried with Jesus in water baptism is the first thing you are to do, immediatly after coming to Jesus. You can be baptized in Jesus name today. Jesus will also give you the fullness of the Holy Ghost if you will call upon Him, ask and believe, and you can receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit of God.
