New Me God is renewing me in every moment, and a new me is always emerging. Every seventh year, my body will have undergone a complete renewal. This is true, because according to a divine plan, every cell of my body will have been replaced by a brand-new cell at some point during each seven-year period of my life. My mind is also in a process of renewal. With every challenge I move through and with every new spiritual awareness I gain, I expand and grow in knowledge and wisdom. My soul experiences its own rebirth as well, every time I turn to God in prayer. Each time I release thoughts of unforgiveness and each time I let go and let God provide a solution for a problem, I feel alive with new hope and gratitude. A new me is always emerging. Through an ongoing process of renewal, I am alive with the newness of life. "Clothe yourselves with the new self, created according to the likeness of God."--Ephesians 4:24
