Bible Believing Gospel Church Inc. was founded on September 1992 by Pastor Dr. Joseph Ayoola O. B.A (Edu) Hons (Unilag); B. A. Th; M.Th; D;Div. This man of God is also the founder of Christian Bible College and Seminary (An Interdenominational Bible School) He graduated from University of Lagos with B.A. Edu. (Hons). He majors on Edu./CRS (Double major)

Dr. Ayoola went to different Bible Colleges. He also got his degree in Theology from two different Bible Colleges as well as his Master and Doctorate degrees in Theology from two different Bible Schools.

Bible Believing Gospel Church Inc., is a Church with Mission and Vision to preach balance message to the whole world. To defend the Faith that was once delivered unto the Saints without using violence methods. We believe that God has given us the good things of life to enjoy as his Children. Nevertheless, we cry against worldliness and covetousness. We preach about holiness without which no man shall see the Lord. At the same time, we believe in having good human relation with others without holier than thou do attitude, which will deter men from the cross or deter saints from the people they have intention to save.

We uphold the doctrine of aggressive Evangelism, which have no geographical limitation and racial discrimination. For the Salvation of mankind which is the why Jesus came to the world With the help of God, we shall live for all these and others till our redeemer comes.

In summary among our mission and vision are the following:

1. To preach balance message to the whole world with all our power, resources and life, 2. To publish Christian literatures for the whole world to read spiritual upbringing (Edification of believers) and salvation of sinners. Some are already in circulation such as : A. (i) Honorable marriage (In both English and Yoruba) (ii) Genuine Salvation (In both English and Yoruba) (iii)Success for man of vision (In both English and Yoruba) (iv) Believers Growth. B. Publishing of Christian magazines e.g. Power of His Word

wer of His Word. This Christian magazine is a periodic magazine for spiritual growth of the believers.

C. Publishing of Tracts. Among the one published already are:

(i). Thy Word is true

(ii). The life that pleases God

(iii). Counsel from above(part 1 )

(iv). You must be born again.

(v). Blow the trumpet

(vi). Dont forget.

(vii). Behold He died for you.

(viii). As the time of Noah.

(ix). You will give account of your life.

(x). Councel from above (Part 2).

All for Salvation of mankind, Sanctification of the Brethren and for the edification of the body of Christ. For we know the havoc which absence of Christian Literature can cause in Christendom

3. Missionary Outreach and Church planting worldwide is part of BBGC vision of which we have started, Hence, we are having branches outside Lagos state. Ii is our vision to reach the unreached and to preach in villages and towns as well as Ministering to the people of another tongue.

4. This Church is running Bible College called CHRISTIAN BIBLE COLLEGE AND SEMINARY (An Interdenominational Bible School) which awards Certificate from Certificate to Doctorate level. This is very important to the Church so as to help believers to grow in the knowledge of God and build dynamic teachers of the word for this end time period so as to be able avoid erroneous doctrine that is so common in many Christian circles nowadays.

5. Cassettes and Video Ministry is also part of the church Ministry of which we have started.

6. School and Colleges fellowship also exist in the Church.

This is important so as to inculcate the fear of God into the mind and life of Scholars, which will become leaders of tomorrow. We believe that this will have a long way to go in making our society worthy of living for now and in future.

7. Drama Ministry exist in the Church also.

8. Leadership Training.

The role of well vast and viciuos Christian leaders cannot be over emphasised.If the doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ shall be beautified and glorified, If the Church will witness revival and able to perform what God expects from her in the world . For this reason , this Church is having Leadership Centre(LTC)

At this LeadershipCentre, The following Dynamics Courses are available:

(i). LEADERSHIP TRAINING (LDP).
(ii). TOTAL MINISTER OF GOD (TMG).
(iii). CHURCH ADMINISTRATION(CAD)
(iv). MARRIAGE AND BUSINESS DISCOURSE (MBD)

All these courses make a Minister of God to become a total man of god and play the role that God is expected of him to play in the universe and in the life of humanity. God helping us , we shall not diminish in our service to humanity and obedience to the course of the Gospel.

It is the desire of this Church to establish a small scale industry like pigry, Poultry, fishing, baking mill and so on,This is very important so as to make people financially strong. For we discovered that it is not easy to be distributing to the peolple anyhow without having stable source of income , since we have known that , it is more edify to teach someone fishing than to be giving him fish from time to time hence we embark on the project.

WE BELIEVE AND PREACH:

OUR BASIC TENETS OF FAITH.

1. The Divine Birth of Jesus Christ and His Son ship of God the father. Luke 1:30-33
2. The authority of the Bible and its validity in every issue of life. It is divine words of God and teaching therein is good for doctrine, and for reproof. II Tim.3: 6-17; Isaiah 34:16; Mark 7:13.
3. The Divine Trinity consists of three persons: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as one. Mathew 3: 16; I John 5:7.
4. Repentance: This is godly sorrow for sins one has been committed before knowing God. It is turning from sin unto God. Ps 38:18 I John 1:9, Mark 1:5.
5. Justification by faith (or) salvation through grace. This is deliverance of sinners from sin and the consequence of the fall by the act of God grace and stand before God as though we had never sin Romans 5:1, 10:9,10.
6. Water Baptism: This is by total immersion. In the name of the father, and of the son and of the Holy Ghost" Baptism of like child or someone who has not repented of his or her sin is unbiblical. Water baptism is for a grown up person who has repented of his or her sin and know different between wrong and right. Water baptism is the commandment of Jesus Christ. Mathew 3:13-16, 28:19.
7. Marriage is for life. This is God instituted institution. A partner has no right to marry another person in as much as his/her partner is still living. There is no divorce once the dowry has been paid by the husband or received by the parents of the wife. Also there is no room for marrying more than one wife. Mark 10:6-12, Rom.7: 1-3.
8. Restitution. This is act of making what is wrong or right. It is correction of all wrongs we have done in our fellow men so as to have clear conscience before God and man Ezek. 33:15, Matt. 5:23-24.
9. The Lord Supper. This institution is instituted by Lord Jesus Christ and he commanded it to be done in the remembrance of His death until He returns. Unleavened bread and non-alchoholic wine are to be used. The whole things must done in sacred. Mathew 26:26-29, I Cor. 11:23, 26.
10. Sanctification or Holiness as the second definite work of grace. It is the privilege of every believer to attain a state in which he will be entirely free fro12:14, Lev. 20:7,8.m sin and make holy. Heb.12:14;Lev. 29:23,26.
11. The Baptism with the Holy Spirit. This is the endowment of power from on high upon the holy and dedicated life and is evidenced by speaking in unknown tongue as the spirit gives utterance. Act.1:5-8, 2:1-4, John 14:16, 17, 20.
12. Divine Healing of Sickness. This we received through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Ex.15:26, James 5:14-16, I Deut. 2:25.
13. Rapture, which is catching up of all true believers in Christ Jesus to meet the Lord in the air I Test. 4:13-17, John14: 1-3, Luke 21:24-36.
14. The second coming of Jesus. This will be visible as he was going to heaven. The first part it is what is called Rapture. His later part of His second coming will be to execute judgments upon the ungodly. Jude 14, 15, 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10.
15. The Great Tribulation. This will occur on earth when the rapturable saints will be feasting with Jesus Christ in the air. It is between Christ coming for His bride and His return in judgment Rev. 9:16, Jer. 30:5-7.
16 The Resurection of thje Death. There are two kinds of resurrection: the resurrection of life which comprises of resurrection of Christ, resurrection of saints at the rapture resurrection of tribulation period saints than the resurrection of that Testament saints. A time period of 1000 years lies between the first and the second resurrection. The second resurrection is resurrection of sinners unto damnation. I Cor. 15:12-54, Acts 24:15, John 5:25.
17. CHRIST MILLENNIAL REIGN: Literarily it means 1000 years of peaceful reign by Jesus Christ on earth. It will be a period of joy, peace and golden age.
18. The Great white throne judgement. This is the final judgement of all sinners who ever lived and died in ungodliness. They will resurrect during the second resurrection and stand before the judge to give account of their deeds. Rev. 20:11-15.
19. The new heaven and the new earth. The present heaven and earth will be destroyed by fire and give way to new ones. The destruction of the present ones will occur after white throne judgment. II Perter 3:12, Revelation 21:1-3.
20. Eternal heaven and Eternal Hell. There are two separate places for two different sects of people. Eternal heaven is for all saints who died in the Lord or raptureable with the Lord. Eternal hell is for all ungodly people who died in their ungodly deeds without repentance. Each group of these people will be in their respective places eternally. Mathew25:41, Luke 16:22-28.
