GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SPILLER HILL CHURCH

Spiller Hill Church is a Full Gospel, Bible beleiving, Pentcostal based Church, where special emphasis is placed on the Word of God. We beleive in the Baptism in the Holy Ghost as was given on the Day of Pentecost according to Acts 2:4. We beleive in praising God with the fruit of our lips, with the clapping of our hands, with musical instruments, and in the dance. Everyone is welcome, regardless of race, or religious background. You are welcome to wear casual attire. Spiller Hill has one of the most up-to-date children's ministries you will find anywhere. Our children's ministry begins at the cradle and extends through age 12. We have a very active youth ministry that involves teenagers ages 13 through 24. All of our instructors are saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost, and are very capable of teaching youth in the Ways of the Lord.

THE WOMEN MINISTRIES DIRECTED BY THE FIRST LADY, MISSIONARY FRANKIE HAYSLETT INCLUDE: PRAYER AND BIBLE BAND: Where the Women as well as Men meet once per week, pray at least 30 minutes, and go into a session of Bible study. SUNSHINE BAND: Usually meets while Bible Band is in session with children ages 2 - 9, instilling into them Christian values at an early age. PURITY CLASS: Children ages 10 - 18 meet during Bible Band also, and are taught the Christian morals that are applicable to teenagers that are going into, and through adolesence. This helps them face the challanges of peer pressure and other influences that would steer them in the wrong direction. This is also the age group wherein serious emphasis is put on making a decision to be saved. CHRISTIAN WOMEN COUNCIL (CWC): This group includes all women that would come together and share concerns and issues women face in life. This includes the role of the woman in the home, the community, on the job, or where-ever she may be. They have support groups within this unit that deal with specific concerns of various women. UNITED SISTERS OF CHARITY: This group of women are the ones who are responsible for looking after those that are in need, sick, bereaved, the aged, etc. Of course, all of these bands and units are under the direction of capable leaders who are saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost. WE WELCOME YOU!!! COME AND BE BLESSED!!!
