CHURCH HISTORY:
This Assembly of God church was formerly known as the Fresno
First Samoan Assembly of God. It began with the help of the Samoan Section of the Southern California District Council. Church planter Rev. Taulima Mageo Devoux and his wife Caroline from the South Bay area of Los Angeles along with the assistance of home missionary Larry Southwick, successfully and eventually won souls of the Samoan people in the Fresno area to the Lord.
The church was officially established and dedicated on July 21, 1995 with just a few families, but it has been growing ever since. On November 11, 1995 Kenny and Fua Lafaele with their two children [Ken & Rose] from San Francisco Samoan Assembly of God [Bay Area] were installed to shepherd the flock as a fulfillment of God's divine call upon their lives and family as well.God is blessing the church in all areas, through the preaching and teaching of the infallible Word of God with the passion to ignite praise & worship.
