THE VISION OF PENTICOSTAL FELLOWSHIP IN BENIN
Looking at the will of our heavenly father, it is clearly seen that preaching the whole word to the whole world is the beginning. The centre and last message is to the church according to (Mathew28:18-27)(Mark 16:15-18),Acts1:8). However, thinking back about the enormity of the land yet uncovered, while the time is short, this vision was given to reach our new Jerusalem through the Ministers, Christian workers and the born-again children of God to reach unreached and most abandoned area of the land. OUR BELIEF: We believe in the three in one God the Trinity;The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. As a pentecostal fellowship, we also believe in speaking in new tongues, the baptism, blood, and the spirit of jesus and also the ressurrection. OUR AIM: (1). To minister salvation to our unsaved dying nation and generation; (2). To renew, strengthen and comfort the weak and afflicted; (3). To raise the dead, heal the sick, raise the lame and open eyes to the blind; (4). To encourage, love and fellowship among ministers and brethren. WHO IS QUALIFIED TO BE A MEMBER OF P.E.F.E.B.: This fellowship is restricted to the penticostal ministers and born again christians. We also welcome some outside missionaries all over the world who are interested in the liberation exercise of the land. Further, we invite ministers who are interested in organising crusades, seminars and leadership programmes. We are contact point for crusades and seminars.
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE GOVERNMENT:
Pentecostal fellowship of Benin Republic is a registered Pentecostal fellowship that has authorization from the government to operate. However, there are many organs of the fellowship or association such as: (1) The general assembly; (2) The executive board and, (3) The technical committee. THE ASSEMBLY:The general assembly is the supreme organ and the mouth-piece of the association. It is sovereign. THE EXECUTIVE BOARD: This is the descision making-organ.The executive structure of the association consists of: (a) the general board; (b) the local/communal board and, (c) the district board. THE TECHNICAL COMMITTEE: The technical committee consists of the followings: (a) The national prayer committee (b) The national evangelism committee (c) The national communication and Audio visual committee (d) The national organization and mobilization committee (e) The national youth committee (f) The national women and social welfare committee (g) The national legal committee (h) The national mission and church planting committee (i) The national co-operation and external affair committee (j) The national Bible training committee (k) The nationakl peace making copmmittee (l) The national health committee (m) The national musical production committee (n) The national facilities committee. N/B: This association is binded with constitution, rules and regulations. EMBLEM: This association is symbolised by the map of Benin with hands holding a cross and a dove on top of the cross. MOTTO; Its motto is Vision, Unity and Victory. WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THIS ASSOCIATION: (1) To promote the unity of the body of Christ; (2) To preach the gospel in the urbans, villages, cities of the whole territory of Benin Republic; (3) To establish Bible schools, orphanages, counselling houses and hospitals. HEADQUAETER: The headquarter of PEFEB is in Cotonou, but can be transfered to anywhere depending on the decision of the general assembly. PRESIDENT'S REMARK TO THE MISSIONARIES ALL OVER THE WORLD WHO MAY WISH TO COME TO BENIN REPUBLIC: We are used as the coverage to whatever programme anyone may have.We are always at your disposal for protections as far as Benin Republic is concerned.
