Growing in Love
First Assembly of God, Lindsay is a New Testament Church "Growing in Love". We have a ministry of building people relationships. First a relationship with Christ the Lord and secondly a relationship with one another. We are a loving, caring and praying church. Our goal is to minister the "whole church" through the "whole family."
Ministry to the Whole Family
We are a church that is working to fulfil the needs of the whole family. In doing so, we have ministries for every age group. In addition to the extrodinary Sunday Morning Worship Services, we have a spectacular Children's Church that presents the gospel to children at their level of understanding. On Wednesday nights in addition to the Adult Bible study, Youth, ages 12-20 meet and have services to meet their spiritual needs. Missionettes, a group for the younger ladies, 3-11 year of age, to interact and learn God's Word, and other life experience lessons. Royal Rangers, a group for the younger boys, 5-11 year of age, to understand God's Word and gain an understanding of God's creations through the lessons learned in the great outdoors. Men's Ministries meet the 2nd Saturday morning of each month for a prayer breakfast. Prayer is the emphasis but pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy/biscuits are plentiful. Women's Ministries meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month and emphasis is placed on missions, along with many fun projects. Ministries to Senior Adutlts, Single Adults and Couples is also a vital part of First Assembly of God.
