Mission Statement
The mission of Living Word Ministry Church of God in Christ is to glorify God by fulfilling the Great Commandment ( Matthew 22:36-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). To evangelize the lost, edify the saints and to grow people through the Word of God. To effectively minister to people of all nations, color, and life situations through the Word of God, and through committed leadership, in order to enhance spiritual growth and victorious living.
Vision of Pastor L.H. Murray
Is to acquire a pernament facility within three years.To continue mission and out reach programs broadening the the areas to include hospitals, jail, nursing homes, and a food bank. To provide educational programs, seminars workshops and conferences promoting christian education and fellowship. To establish a community computer tutorial class housed at Living Word. To initiate a ministry for single women with children. To institute teaching programs for young men focusing on becoming Godly men, men that love their families and men of integrity. To change countless lives by the power of the Holy Spirit.
