Peace and Joy! Our community is open to serve all God's children. Although we ministry primarly to Cape Verdeans and Angolans, we also are opened to serve other poeple. We as Catholic people, we are called to be in service to God's children. Our faith community of Saint Martin De Porres offers many services in the Brockton area to Portuguese speaking population. 1- ESL Classes on Tuesday and Thursady from 6:00 PM 7:00 PM 2- Young Cape Verdean Club to assist Cape Verdean youth and adults involved in violence. 3- Young Angolan Club. 4- Angolan Association In Massachusetts 5- Bible Study 6- CCD Classes. 7- Youth Group Of Saint Francis Of Assisi [Every Saturday at 7:00 PM] 8- ESL Classes and Citizenship Classes [Every Tuesday-Wednesday 6-8:00 PM]. Come and Celebrate with us your Catholic Tradition. We celebrate the Seven Sacraments of the Church and we believe that all God's Children have the right to celebrate them. Blessed Mother has an important role in our lives as Christians. We pray the Rosary and we celebrate two major Feast of Mary in our Community. 1- May 13 "Our Lady of Fatima" 2- August 16 "Our Lady of Grace". The Patron of Our Diocese is Saint Francis Of Assisi which feast is Octuber 4. The feast of Parish Patron is November 3 Saint Martin De Porres. Share with us your ideas and dreams together.
