The primary objective of this ministry is to build people of Destiny, Purpose, Power and Praise. This mandate must be fulfilled in everything that the ministry strives to do. We have an assignment to preach and teach the uncompromised Word of God in order that destiny and purpose are revealed. We share the principles of success and abundant living to empower the believer to fulfill his/her purpose. Therefore, God will receive the praise because the believer is firmly rooted in the Word of God and understands the meaning of true success. God gave Pastor David F. Hunter a vision of building a distinctively different church in this city, where people would be provided with an example of excellence, holiness, character and integrity. This born-again, Spirit-filled church is to have a powerful impact in the building of men and women to function in their various roles in a way that glorifies God and influences this generation. We must reach the lost and hurting, with the message of faith and the loving touch of Christ, to help people overcome the challenges of life. The fruit of the ministry should be the lives of people, victoriously transformed by the Word of God, who will take the same message into their areas of influence. Victory Church provides ministry to the whole person in every stage and level of life. We are being used as a beacon to point men, women, boys and girls to Jesus, the Light of the World.
