A GOING CHURCH FOR A COMMING CHRIST
The Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church was organized and received her charter on March 5th 1997, with Rev. Richard Jackson Jr. as her first Pastor. It has continued to serve and to grow with the preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as its Primary Mission. The Church has a regular Ministry at the Hawthorne Jail and the Hospital Convalescent Center. We Pray for the sick & feed the Hungry and clothe the naked. Clear Biblical teaching and preaching from Gods Holy word Heartfelt Praise and Worship and joyous fellowship are enjoyed by all her members. Fellowship meals are served after every Sunday Morning Worship Service. The Pastor Associate Minister and all the members of the body of Christ here at Macedonia bid you to come hear the Good news of Gods great Love and Mercy toward you, come! Let everyone who is thirsty come! and drink of the water of life freely!
FULL TIME OUTREACH MINISTRY OPEN DAILY
The Doors of the Church are open on a daily basis, and the Associate Minister is on call daily, for prayer, counseling and biblical instruction. The body of believers here seek to obey the command of our Lord and Love God with all our hearts,souls,minds and strength and to love our neighbor as ourselves. The full time Christian Outreach Center seeks to help in every situation of need to make a strait path for anyone seeking to find the complete love and mercy of the Lord. We minister to the whole man Physical, emotional and spiritual. Aiding in emergency situations and circumstances with the extended hands of Christian Love. Emotional and Spiritual 1. Daily Devotional and Prayer Meetings 2. Daily Christian Discipleship Training Program 3. Daily Biblical Counseling with Ordained Minister 4. Weekly Womens Bible Study 5. Weekly Youth Group Meeting The Physical Needs Ministry 1. Clothing, Meals, groceries for the poor 2. Personal Hygene items 3. Aid in obtaining Identification 4. Meals delivered to Senior Citizen Shut ins 5. House and Yard work aid to needy handicapped and senior citizens. The Outreach is open on a daily basis We do whatever we can with whatever is available in our means to help those who are trying to help themselves. We try to be a hand up and not a hand out, and we desire to give as Jesus has given to us. We want to show the Love of Christ in action and seek to obey the command of our Lord to Love God with all our hearts, souls minds and strength and to love our neighbor as ourselves. But most of all we seek to make any avenue we can to bring the good news of Jesus Christ and His free salvation based on His finished work at the cross. That all may know the truth and the truth will set them free.
