HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, this article seemed in order. Without help, the person whose heart stops beating properly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without letting up until help arrives, or until the heart is to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

AND THE BEAT GOES
Once upon a time, there was an island where all feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others including Love. One day it was announed to the fellings that the island would sink, so all repaired thier boats and left. Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to presevere until the last possible moment.
When the island was almost sinking, Love decided to ask for help. Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said,"Richness, can you take me with you?" Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you"
Love, decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel, "Vanity please help me!'"I can't help you Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat,"Vanity answered.
Sadness was close by so Love asked for help, "Sadness, let me go with you." "Oh....Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"
Happiness passed by Love too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her!
Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come Love, I will take you." It was an elder. Love felt so blessed and overjoyed that Love even forgot to ask the elder her name.
When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. Love realizing how much she owed the elder, asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who helped me?" "It was Time,"Knowledge smiled with great Wisdom and answered, "Because only Time is capable of understaning how great Love is."
