Rev. Terry L. Hill, Sr, founder and pastor of NTCOTR is celebrating over 20 years in ministry. He is well known for his powerful preaching and wonderful care of his flock. His unique blend of humor and life application bring the Word of God alive with clarity and power. His apostolic anointing has lead to the outreach of his ministry where 2 sons in ministry have started churches. Pastor Hill has been the husband of the former Debora Ann Thomas for the past 26 years. Together their ministry has touched the lives of many. Pastor Hill has studied at Logos Christian College. He and Lady Debora have 5 children
