Centennial Celebration

We are planning a Centennial Celebration marking the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the First Baptist Church of Nash, Oklahoma. A day of celebration, worship, and fellowship has been planned for Sunday, April 22, 2001 here at the church. The Sunday School hour begins at 10:00 a.m. Morning Worship begins at 11:00 a.m. Evening Worship will begin at 7:00 p.m. We hope to have former pastors, members, and friends with us and taking part in each service. Please reserve this date April 22,on your calendar and plan to join us for this once in a lifetime event in the history of our church! Each attending family will receive a souvenir mug. Other souvenirs and t-shirts will be available for purchase during the celebration. We are located at the north edge of town at the intersection of Oklahoma and Hazel. "Come and Grow With Us" is the welcome given by the First Baptist Church of Nash to our community and around the world. The church is very mission minded being one of the largest percentage givers to the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma and the Salt Fork Baptist Association for many years. The church owns a beautiful, well equipped cabin at Falls Creek, a Christian camp located near Davis, Oklahoma that sleeps 42. Our present church was constructed in 1972 and is located in a beautiful setting on the north side of Nash. The desire of the church is to share the glorious gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in our community and to reach out to the world the greatest news for mankind; that Jesus Christ wants to be the Saviour and Lord of each life. We welcome you to join us.
