A little country church; a true 'Church Family'
The New Prospect Baptist Church is a small, country congregation at the edge of a college town. The church history goes back to the 1800's. For many years it was affiliated with the American Baptists. A few years ago the church elected to change their affiliation to the Regular Baptists.
The congregation is made up of caring, loving people. If anyone is looking for a small church who will welcome you into their midst, truly care about you, and exemplify the love of Christ, please drive 4 miles north of Bloomington, Indiana on Old St. Rd. 37. You will be blessed, and the congregation will be blessed by your presence! Agape!
