This is the question asked by Paul to certain diciples in damascus. They didn't even know that the Holy Ghost came. This Paul instructed them to be re-baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remession of their sins and when he laid his hands upon them they recieved the Holy Ghost, speaking with tounges,as the spirit gave them utterence.(Acts 19:1-6).
