Making God's Word PLAIN And Simple To Understand
In February of 1997, in a time of visitation with the Lord God, He said these words to me as He talked about a time of restoration to take place in the Body of Christ. "For years now, men and woman in the offices of Pastors, Evangelists, and Teachers have watered down My Word by apologizing for it and compromising it to tickle people's ear's and gain popularity. But there is a call going forth; for all people in these offices to get back to the purity of the gospel. To be more concerned with pleasing Me than trying to please men; because the rewards of people are empty, but My rewards will endure for all eternity."
He has told us to untangle, and uncomplicate His Word, and get back to the simplicity of the gospel message of the Lord Jesus Christ. Making it so simple that a child can understand it. And within that PLAIN and simply pure Word of God is a power few people have tapped into or understood. Recently, the Lord Jesus said, "All My truth is simple." You could say that we are Word/faith people and you would be correct. If you said, we emphasize God's loving grace and mercy, you would also be correct. As God teaches us by His Holy Spirit, to be well-balanced people (1 Peter 5:8), then in balance, we must teach from His holy Word that while He is a loving and merciful God, He is also a comsuming fire, who judges sin in our lives by His Word.
Jesus is the LIVING WORD of God made manifest, in that, He took on a body of flesh and came to this earth to dwell among men (John 1:14). We are JESUS people---exalting Jesus above anything or anyone, as the Lamb of God. The Great Shepherd, the Lion of Judah, and our soon coming Lord of Lords, and King of King's. Around here, we just love God, and want to do His will---reaching out to hurting and broken people with His love and His Word, by His Holy Spirit, to tell them that Jesus loves them, and that He died and rose again to give them hope for, not only their eternal future, but for the here and now.
Plain As Day Out-Reaches
At present, we are in our third year of teaching the Bible on christian radio, Plus, we are negoiating new stations. We are looking for every little crack we can tweek through to give people God's Word. God said Himself in Hosea 4:6, "My people perish for lack of knowledge." We have a lot of born again Christian's who fill up church pew's on Sunday mornings, thinking they're okay but in fact, they are practically walking skeletons because of their lack of knowledge of the Word of God. These people need to gorge themselves on God's Word and put some "meat" on their bones.
Our Missions outreach being launched now is called, "Friends Around The World." This is linking up born again believers via the Internet, etc. from the four corners of the globe to cover the world, as it were, with a "net" of intercessory prayer. This is of nations, countries, states, cities, towns, and all people and situations that the Holy Spirit directs us in. Prayer will usher in the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Consider this short prayer of John on the Ilse of Patmos, "Even so, come, Lord Jesus."
In the developement stage, we have W.I.N. Watches In the Night, being prayed over to receive directons on how to proceed with it. Also is the outreach, M.I.S.S.I.O.N. under developement. This is Militant Intercessor Sabatoging Satan's Injurious Operations to Naught. These prayer warrriors will travel to Holy Ghost led locations to do spiritual warfare. And then there is, Realistic Vision Theather. A place for people to come and see if this is where they are called. It is to make Jesus REAL and come ALIVE in the hearts of people. It's not just about entertainment but about hands on ministry.
