God raised up this church on December 4, 1994 in the living room of our Senior Pastor's home to serve the hurting and unloved people of our Community. Persons once bound by drugs, alcohol and considered outcasts are being transformed by the power of Jesus--their lives now filled with joy and purpose speak of what this ministry is all about. Bible-centered preaching, anointed praise and worship draws believers into God's presence and in His presence there is POWER. Our mission is to involve believers in Christian service through the (5) purposes of the church: Outreach, Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship and Service. AGF's vision is to develop a Master Plan on 11 acres we purchased in 1999 in Northeast Brownsville-- strategically located in the heart of the City's explosive growth. The Master Plan includes: a 500 seat sanctuary; Fellowship Hall; Christian Education facilities; Missions Center with lodging; recreational areas for youth; Winter Texans RV hookups; Prayer Chapel; Women's Refuge Center; and Unwed Mother's Cottage. AGF is a non-profit 501 (3) C. IRS registered religious organization. We praise the Lord and wish to thank everyone who has assisted us financially and through prayer. On June 1, 2003 we began holding services at the new property in a 48 foot tent. In late December 2003, we completed and moved into a beautiful 70' by 24' temporary Sanctuary debt-free. We believe God will supply the resources and finances to begin construction on the Main Sanctuary soon. Building Fund pledges continue to come in. We are believing God for the completed miracle--a debt-free House of Worship. Additional cash funds are needed before we can begin. Join us in prayer and faith. Memorials are welcome. 100% of all gifts will be utilized for construction. Why is it urgent and imperative that we proceed as promptly as possible? Our City's needs are immense. Idolatry, witchcraft, and deviant perverted lifestyles abound. Our disciples are ready to share the gospel on the streets and by other means of evangelism. With adequate facilities we will able to disciple, train and restore these converts into becoming productive citizens, fathers, mothers and students and most importantly-- disciples of Christ.

Exit Alton Gloor Boulevard (FM 3248)from US South 77/83 Expressway and go east about 4 miles to 2150 El Jardin Heights Road. Property is on the right between Sol and Robindale Roads-- is fenced and has two entrances with wrought-iron gates. Watch for the large red and white round tent. Approximately 1/4 mile West from F. M. 511.
