Tullow is a small country town in Co. Carlow, Ireland. The small Church of Ireland (Anglican) community meets for worship in St Columba's Church, a building of 1830 on an ancient site in the centre of town. The parish is associated with three other churches in nearby Co. Wicklow - Aghold, Mullinacuffe, and Shillelagh.
In earlier days the church was associated with the Wolseley family, of motor-car fame; many members of the family are buried under St Columba's. The church contains a splendid monument(1745) to a Wolseley ancestor, Clement Nevill; a remarkable testimony to the Ascendancy period.
