Vision Statement
Our Mission To glorify God through proclaiming in words, demonstrating by sanctified living and sharing through ministries, the unconditional love of God, the redemption through Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. Our Vision To be a Biblically functioning community of faith of diverse backgrounds, ethnic orgins, cultures and ages, united and empowered by the Holy Spirit, who are: In Our Church 1.) Moving towards spiritual maturity through worship, Bible study, fellowship, building up one another and spiritual discipline, 2.) Participating fully in the life of the Church as members of the Body of Christ, exercising our unique gifts through ministry and serving opportunities, 3.) Experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit in every area of our lives, which will result in wholeness and integrity; In Our Community 4.) Initating opportunities to share the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ and to lead persons into becoming disciples, 5.) Continuing the ministry of Jesus Christ, whereby we bring together God's power and human problems.
Affirmation of our Faith
WE BELIEVE...the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. WE BELIEVE...that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit) WE BELIEVE...In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ: in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations. WE BELIEVE...That the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ. WE BELIEVE...That the regeneration by the Holy Spirit is an absolute essential for personal salvation. WE BELIEVE...That the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to the believing prayer. WE BELIEVE...In the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, with the sign and seal of speaking in tongues as recorded in Acts 2:4, 10:46 and 19:6. WE BELIEVE...In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation. WE BELIEVE...In tithes and offerings as God's financial plan for His Church. We recognize Sunday as the Christian Sabbath.
