Our Beliefs
We are a conservative Southern Baptist Church. We believe that the Bible is without error. Salvation is through grace,not of works, but is initiated by God, granted by His faith planted within us. We believe that this faith leads each believer to a public confession of Christ, baptism, and a life of service to our Lord. We believe that the Lord's Supper is for the church body, but that it is offered to all believers, and each believer decides for himself whether he should partake or not. Primarily, We use the New International Version of the Bible for most teaching and preaching, but only for its clear communication and not because it is given a higher standing than any other translation. Our Christian school exclusively uses the King James Bible for all memorization, readings, and study.
Our Christian School
The church operates a Christian School. Our school uses the "School of Tomorrow" curriculum, formerly known as Accelerated Christian Education. The curriculum is known world-wide for its Biblical teaching and strong academic values. Each student is taught on an individual basis and therefore able to obtain the support and assistance necessary to progress in his or her academic life.
