OUR CREED
One of the few things about life that constantly remains the same is change. As we approach the new millenium, a momentous sense of transistion seems to loom before us. Whereas 2000 once seemed too far-fetched to even imagine, it is now only a short time away. The year 2000 is sure to bring a plethora of changes in areas ranging from leadership to policy to mission emphasis and beyond. As we stand on the precipice of a new millennium, we must learn from the past, work in the present, and prepare for the future.
