Deliverance was founded by Elder Timothy Bell September 4th, 1997. Deliverance is a member of The Church Of God In Christ. The international headquarters in Memphis, Tn. Our Presiding Bishop is Bishop Chandler D. Owens. We are in the Second Jurisdiction of Kentucky under the leadership of Bishop James H. Bell, Sr. We are The Church For The People. We have two mottos: Being all on one accord because we all love the Lord. We are the small church with the big heart.
