New Beginnings in Madera
January 16 marked a new beginning for our church body. After working hard for 7 months, we have begun to meet in our new building, dedicated to God for His Work and His Glory. We have seen God's provision again and again and are looking forward to what He has planned for us!
Celebrate Jesus!
We are preparing to make 2000 a special year to highlight Jesus. We are getting ready to make His name known throughout our community, so that nonbelievers will understand what we already know--that our Lord is more than a moral teacher or good man. He is God's unique Son who loved people so much he was willing to die for their sins.
That's why on March 5 we'll be embarking on an exciting 50-Day Spiritual Adventure entitled "Celebrate Jesus! Discover What Makes Him Attractive to So Many People."
In addition to weekly sermons on eight characteristics of Christ, we'll work together on a daily Adventure journal, complete fun-filled assignments, and learn how to celebrate Jesus as the Lord and Savior of the universe.
