Greater Community Temple was Founded by Bishop W. L. Porter in 1972. And in 1991 appointed his son Brandon B. Porter, Who at the time was pastoring in Jackson TN. After this new appointment GCT experinced outstanding growth. In 1999 Gct became "One Church In Two locations" The historical 924 N.Dunlap and The New 5151 Winchester Rd. in the south east part of Memphis. Greater Community Ministries also have many other assoc. orginazations and a thriving TV and radio Ministry. We can also be found at www.gctministries.org.
