New Cambridge is a member congregation of First Presbytery of the General Synod of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. First Presbytery covers the state of North Carolina. The ARP Church is a conservative branch of the Presbyterian family. The denomination subscribes to the Westminster Confession of Faith. The ARP Church holds to the inerrancy of the Scriptures.
