MCCof Winston-Salem is a member of the UFMCC(Universal Fellowhip of Metropolitan Community Churches) with a special ministry to the Gay,Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered community. We are a Christian church that brings together believers from many different backgrounds,traditions,belief systems, and understandings of how to worship GOD. We are families and single people. We are students and retired persons, unemployed as well as professionals from many fields. we are a community where everyone is welcome. We celebrate our diversity. We believe the message of the Bible is that GOD loves all people and that we are all created in GOD'S image to bring peace,love and justice to the world
HOLY UNIONS
So, you've decided to have a Holy Union! We are delighted that your relationship has progressed to the point where you are ready to make a lifetime commitment. Many people seeking to have commitment ceremonies seek out UFMCC churches. In order to help in Planning to have a Holy Union or other service, we offer this introductory information. More complete information is available from the Pastor. UFMCC provide Rites of Blessing, Holy Union and Holy Matrimony. All cermonies are available depending on scheduling and involve fees.
