Who we are:

God has called us to be unique in our operation. We are a "relationally" built church, whereas most churches are "program" based. What does "relational" built mean? 1. We encourage everyone to be involved in a cell group. You get to know others in a small setting where you are open to discuss issues and problems you are faced with. Cells also offer times for individual prayer and needs to be ministered to, as well as quality pastoral care. 2. We encourage everyone to "find someone to follow". Discipleship is important in learning how to mature in the Christian walk. Everyone needs a coach, someone to mentor them through training in all areas of life. 3. We encourage everyone to get involved in an area of ministry. As you minister to and with others, you build a bond in the natural and physical. Serving together builds relationships. 4. You will be released to minister. The fields are white and ready to be harvested. Harvesters are few. We want you to be ready to reach out and touch the lives of those around you. How we are different: New Covenant Church is a relational church which builds people through people. A Program church builds people through activities and classes. Always learning, but not really encouraged to give out what you have learned. We want to equip people to use what they are learning and not wait until they have "arrived" for the work of the ministry. We believe everyone has a gift and place in the body. We want to equip you and help you begin to minister out of your gifting to others.

What we can do for you:

First you have to be willing to "do" and not just "be". The Word of God tells us to put our hands to the plow and all we set our hands to do will prosper. There are many areas of teaching and training available to you throughout the year. God has a plan for you. We want to help you find His plan for you, so you can get involved with what God wants you to do for Him and His kingdom. *Prayer - Sunday Morning Prayer time for intercession and seeking the Spirit of God. *Cells - training classes are held continually. Learn to lead a small group of 4-12 people and grow together. *Missions - various classes taught throughout the year. (See bulletin for current classes) Dance, mime, music, drama, visitation, outreach ministries, caring for missionaries, etc.
