At New Light Church of God In Christ,where Elder Sam Floyd is Pastor, we believe
"all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23
In order to change (be born again)into your new life with Christ (be saved), you must believe:
Jesus died for your sins and declare that you accept HIM as Savior.
"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the the Lord is Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved"
Repent,Be baptized,Receive the Holy Spirit.
Then you must "carry your cross daily" and keep GOD's commandments (live according to his commandments in the Bible). This can only be accomplished by praying & meditating,fasting,studying the Bible and obeying the Holy Spirit.
